with the greatest of respect,  what is happening here and with teachers such as this, is essentialy an untangling of a systems of beliefs that have robbed the being of its true essence and profound knowing -  instead what is experienced is the biological bodies needs and a personality grows as a response, the sacred self, the profound self is negated in order to be in the world, the fears the pain and suffereing so inherent in this world is part of a system of beleifs that  delude us into thinking that we are the body the persona and not the essential self the sacred self that lives within  - the essential self lives within us, trying to get our attention to get us to expand enough to include this essential self - so what I see here is simply another way or road to untangling oneself from a system of beliefs that have limited us for eons of time. - call it whatever Zen, Buddahism - whatever, but remember that the process is untangling oneself from a system of beleifs that have been encoded to us generation after generation - examine your beliefs hear your inner voices honor your vitality as a living being  and begin to step out of your self created prisions by train and error.
